You've bought the smart doorbell, the CCTV camera or the new TV, but getting it set up properly takes time and confidence. We handle the installation and configuration so everything works smoothly — from mounting the doorbell to configuring your Wi-Fi router for better coverage, unboxing a new TV and getting it online, or setting up your streaming apps.
Many customers have multiple tech jobs waiting to be done. We can often knock them all out in one 1–2 hour visit. We work in plain English, skip the jargon, and make sure you understand how to use everything before we leave.
Same-day setup is available for most jobs, subject to availability. Whether you provide the devices or we help you source them, we'll get everything running safely and correctly.

Do I need to provide the devices?
Yes, in most cases you provide the device. If you need advice on which to buy or where to source one, we can help guide you. We can also discuss what's compatible with your setup.
Can you set up multiple devices in one visit?
Absolutely. Many customers have us install a doorbell, sort out Wi-Fi, and set up a new TV all in one visit. This is usually more efficient and better value.
What about smart heating systems?
We can help with basic setup of systems like Nest or Hive thermostats, but for issues with boilers or complex integrations, you may need specialist advice.
Do you do wired Ethernet installs?
Yes, we can run Ethernet cables through trunking or along skirting boards for devices that need more stable connections than Wi-Fi. Full in-wall runs are usually outside scope.
Can you help with broadband issues?
We can help optimise your Wi-Fi coverage and placement of your router. For issues with your broadband provider or connection speed, you may need to contact your ISP.
